Yes, we do! We're a full-service event planning and design company. We understand that every couple is unique and so is their experience. If you're looking for more than what's offered in one of our packages, we can create a customized experience to meet your needs.
Based on your service package and guest count, we'll have a set number of team members assigned to work on your wedding day.
We absolutely work with your choice of vendors on your special day. However, we do require that your photographer and florist be chosen from our list of preferred vendors, with some exceptions.
During your complimentary consultation, we’ll cover the benefits of working with a proven and vetted preferred vendor and how couples who do so have an all-around more remarkable experience.
A venue Coordinator’s primary role is to protect the venue. They make sure rules are being followed, confirm vendor arrival times, confirm the layout and overall setup of the day, and provide facilities in good working order.
A full wedding planner’s primary role is to make sure the day runs smoothly. We keep tasks on track, make personalized vendor recommendations, negotiate contracts, conceptualize all the design elements, answer logistical and etiquette questions, coordinate hotel blocks and transportation, and much more.
As day-of coordinator, we put together detailed timelines and floor plans, direct the rehearsal, meet day-of deliveries and vendors, line up and cue the ceremony processional, and attend to the couple on the day of the wedding as they need.
Event Design or Styling is the process of creating the visual details of an event to transform a space and reflect a specific theme or scenario.
First, we sit to discuss the goal and visions you have for your event.
We select a theme that will best match your vision, the color scheme to go with it, and highlight some of the logistics that would come to play.
Then, we create an inspiration board to help illustrate the ideas for your event and how to bring them all together. Every element will have a reason to be and will elegantly tie together.
Needs vary depending on your type of event and the vision you're looking to project. This is why we offer you a customized quote based on the type of event and the amount of work that will be needed. This being said, our service considers:
- Chairs, tables, linens rental (including delivery and installation)
- Space decor
- Meal presentation
- Event branding (invitations, menu, signage, etc.)
- Lighting, audio-visual equipment, and more!

CONSULTATION
We use the initial consultation to present you with our services and learn more about what you're looking for in an event planner. We want to get to know you just like you want to get to know us.
We'll discuss the mood for the day, how you want to feel on your wedding day. By the same token, we'll talk about the elements that are really important to you, verses the things that aren’t so important to you.
WEDDING PLANNING
We assist with the design, planning, and management of your event, as well as oversee the management to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
We are responsible for the creative, technical, and logistical aspects including brand building, marketing and communication strategy, audio-visual production, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, as well as client service.
EXECUTION/ WEDDING MANAGEMENT
