Full Planning + Event Design

As a full-service client, you'll receive an extraordinary amount of personal attention to create your dream wedding.

We'll guide you step-by-step through the entire wedding planning and design process. We'll handle the timelines, checklists, design proposals, etc. We'll personally select your team of vendors, negotiate your contracts and manage all the payments.

Every little detail of your wedding day will be ours to manage and you can rest assured that you’ll be well-informed and continuously updated on the entire planning process while you enjoy your engagement and wedding day stress-free.

Partial Planning + Event Design

For the couple with a flexible schedule, and is able to plan certain aspects of their wedding but would like assistance with a set list of services from a professional planner, like design and décor, vendor referrals, and our complete Wedding Day Management Service.

We’ll be there to guide them and serve as the direct line of communication for your family, wedding party, guests, and vendors so you can get the most out of your day. 

We'll manage your entire timeline and communicate and guides your vendors to set up for your big day.

Event Management/ Day of Coordination

This service is for the couple who wants to handle their planning but would appreciate an expert advice to finalize their wedding or event design details and extra help to manage their special day.

We'll talk through the timing of the wedding day events, and review the services to be provided by your event professionals.

You’ll receive a list of recommended vendors who can provide reliable services and we'll manage your set-up, and coordinate to ensure your wedding or event looks lavish and runs smoothly.

Yes, we do! We're a full-service event planning and design company. We understand that every couple is unique and so is their experience. If you're looking for more than what's offered in one of our packages, we can create a customized experience to meet your needs.

Based on your service package and guest count, we'll have a set number of team members assigned to work on your wedding day.

We absolutely work with your choice of vendors on your special day. However, we do require that your photographer and florist be chosen from our list of preferred vendors, with some exceptions. During your complimentary consultation, we’ll cover the benefits of working with a proven and vetted preferred vendor and how couples who do so have an all-around more remarkable experience.

A venue Coordinator’s primary role is to protect the venue. They make sure rules are being followed, confirm vendor arrival times, confirm the layout and overall setup of the day, and provide facilities in good working order.

A full wedding planner’s primary role is to make sure the day runs smoothly. We keep tasks on track, make personalized vendor recommendations, negotiate contracts, conceptualize all the design elements, answer logistical and etiquette questions, coordinate hotel blocks and transportation, and much more.

As day-of coordinator, we put together detailed timelines and floor plans, direct the rehearsal, meet day-of deliveries and vendors, line up and cue the ceremony processional, and attend to the couple on the day of the wedding as they need.

    We use the initial consultation to present you with our services and learn more about what you're looking for in an event planner. We want to get to know you just like you want to get to know us. We'll be discussing the vibe for the day, things that are really important to you, and things that aren’t so important to you.

    We assist with the design, planning, and management of your event and see that everything runs smoothly. We are responsible for the creative, technical, and logistical aspects including brand building, marketing and communication strategy, audio-visual production, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, as well as client service.
